The Ads i'm looking for are ALL for the Real Estate industry. We sell Single family homes and target investor buyers. We have mostly been advertising on Craigslist but are looking to EXPAND to many different online sites that are visited by and tailored to Real Estate investors.

The Flyer I sent over is in need of a lot of improvement. But I'm wanting a HEADER or CAPTION that will be recognized as a BRAND for the company. Something to upload in the Image area of the sites to draw attention to the Ad. I'm sure you have some great ideas beyond this.
This will need to be an ongoing situation because we will need to repost these Ads frequently.
